As co-founder of MSP Medical, I am at the foundation of a family-owned business built on craftsmanship, trust, and a clear conviction: high-quality medical care must remain accessible and affordable for everyone. With decades of experience in medical technology and medical spare parts, we have built the company step by step, always with a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and long-term partnerships.
My fascination with medical technology has never faded. I still draw energy from understanding complex devices, improving components, and finding smart, cost-effective solutions that truly work in practice. At the same time, we actively embrace new technologies and innovations, deliberately implementing them within our organization to optimize processes, enhance reliability, and keep healthcare affordable.
What began as technical entrepreneurship has grown into an organization where knowledge sharing is central. Not only toward customers and partners, but also within the family. Transferring my knowledge, values, and responsibilities to my son and to future generations is, to me, an essential part of continuity, stability, and social impact. MSP Medical is therefore not just a company, but a learning organization that continues to evolve.
Over the years, my role has shifted from development and execution to a more strategic and coaching position. I safeguard the long-term vision, share experience, and stimulate innovation, with the goal of building a future-proof organization in which technology, humanity, and affordability remain in balance.
