Or are there items that are actually in less demand? Through these analyses, we can optimize inventory levels and ensure that customers do not encounter any unpleasant surprises the following year. The goal: to unburden customers as much as possible in the purchasing process.

What can customers expect from us?

One of our main focus points is offering a wide range of products. This year we have again expanded collaborations with OEMs. Consider, for example, the cooperation with BEKA Hospitec. As a result, customers can purchase more and more products through us. That means fewer different suppliers and more overview. An important step towards efficiency for strategic buyers. 
In addition, we offer proactive advice. Which products are crucial to keep in stock? Are there new items that could be interesting? We think along and, together with the customer, create a customized solution that fits their strategy. 

What can customers expect next year?

Price development is always an important issue. We try to clarify our prices for the next year as early as possible. We usually have the final price list ready by December 1. This gives our customers another month to fine-tune their budgets and plans. 

We understand that our customers are dealing with a chain of costs. Therefore, we keep the impact of price increases to a minimum. Transparency is central to this. For large customers with inventory agreements, we dive in extra deep so that we can determine together which products need more or less focus.

What will change for MSP Medical in 2025?

2025 will be a year of growth. Our cooperation with OEMs is stronger than ever, which will broaden our product range considerably. This allows us to serve even more customers with a one-stop-shop approach. We also continue to improve our own processes. The goal is that buyers at MSP always know where they stand.
