As our administrative employee you work from our modern and spacious office in Moergestel. Your dedicated work ensures our customers and partners are assured that everything runs smoothly.
You are our indispensable link for processing orders and invoices and time registration of the team. You also provide support to the warehouse with various administrative tasks. By being the main contact point for administrative questions, our team and external partners can rely on timely and accurate answers . Within this position you mainly work in Exact Online and Microsoft Office, so that your work is structured.
Your main activities include:
- Processing incoming orders and invoices
- Time registration of employees
- Placing purchase orders with suppliers
- Adminitrative activities to support the sales department and warehouse
- Answering the phone and receiving visitors
- MBO+ thinking and working level
- At least two years of expereince in a similar position
- Experience with Exact Online
- Mastering the Dutch and English language in speech and writing. German is a plus
- Working accuratly and independently
- Positive and friendly attitude
