Shower chair NOA for optimal care provision
The NOA shower chair we developed offers many advantages for both user and carer. How do we innovate in terms of comfort, operation and maintenance with our shower chair? We explain it to you.
Shower chair NOA in four models
To start with, we have four different models of shower chair NOA:
- Shower chair NOA 135 standard: user weight up to 135 kg, standard version
- Shower chair NOA 135 low: user weight up to 135 kg, low version
- Shower chair NOA 190 standard: user weight up to 190 kg, standard version
- Shower chair NOA 190 low: user weight up to 190 kg, low version
Design focused on both user and carer
From the start, the development of the NOA shower chair focused on both the user and the caregiver. With the shower chair, comfort, safety and ease of use are essential. With this in mind, we designed a chair that is pleasant to use.
- The wheel frame is curved inward so that the caregiver can stand as close to the patient as possible to provide care without bumping their shins.
- The caregiver can operate the armrest lock with the hip, so care does not have to be interrupted.
- The seat and backrest quickly adopt the user's body temperature for maximum comfort from the moment they sit down.
- The active headrest that moves forward as the chair tilts back prevents the feeling of falling backwards, so the user always feels safe and supported.
Durability and ease of maintenance
Another important aspect of the NOA is the durability of the shower chair. Made entirely of stainless steel with a high-quality powder-coated finish, this chair is built to last, even in the most demanding healthcare environments. We've also made sure that maintenance and service are as easy as possible. Every part of the chair is designed to be easily replaceable, making the NOA a cost-effective long-term solution and reducing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Easily order spare parts through our web shop.
Innovation in operation of the NOA shower chair
The NOA excels in innovation, thanks to its improved built-in software. The shower chair can be read out, for example, what the condition of the battery is, how many times the battery has been charged and how much work the high/low and tilt motors have provided. Based on this data, you can see in advance when the battery needs to be replaced and whether maintenance is needed, thanks in part to the service indicator LED on the hand control. These functionalities not only make the NOA more user-friendly, but also ensure that it always functions optimally.
