At MSP Medical, we make every effort to keep costs as low as possible. That's why we keep the costs in mind from the development process to the delivery process. We also remain transparent in our communications, so you won't be faced with unexpectedly high costs. We explain how we do this, without losing sight of the quality of the products.
Cost savings through smart shipping strategies
Unlike many competitors, we communicate costs transparently. We only charge shipping costs and avoid unexpected charges such as service and order processing fees. We also do not have a minimum order quantity or value. Customers can come to MSP for a low number of parts at no extra cost. For example, you can order one little bolt from us. This makes MSP accessible to all types of orders, large or small.
We also strive to deliver products to customers as quickly as possible. We do this by working internationally with reliable partners such as FedEx. In addition, we work closely with customers to bundle orders, reducing shipping costs and reducing the need for customers to place and process orders. This saves you time as well as money.
We also contribute ideas on how to go along with the flow of goods. When a service and maintenance company needs a part on location, in a hospital for example, we can drop ship the part directly to the hospital location within 24 hours so that the mechanic can start working on location the next day. This saves time and money, as the part does not have to be taken through the customer location and the mechanic's transportation.
Inventory management and proactive purchasing
MSP maintains safety stock based on customer forecasts, allowing customers to hold minimal inventory themselves. This not only reduces inventory costs, but also improves cash flow. By working proactively and maintaining close contact with customers, we ensure that products are always available when you need them. We purchase third-party or original products through economies of scale. This allows us to make attractive offers to our customers.
Quality remains a priority
Despite our focus on cost savings, it is never at the expense of quality. We comply with the strict MDR guidelines, offering at least an equivalent alternative. We are always looking for improvements in ergonomics, design, materials and technology. Because we have in-house production and assembly, we can offer our products at an attractive price. We also achieve this by integrating cost-saving measures from the design phase to shipping, without compromising on quality.
