We believe that it is important to guarantee you a fast and efficient
delivery. Therefore all orders received before 15:00/03:00PM CET will be processed and shipped out the same day. Depending on your country, packages will be shipped with DPD or FedEx/TNT. For the most European countries the transit time is 1-3 business days. For all non-European countries the transit time will be 3-7 business days.
An order that arrives on the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday.
Track & Trace
You can track the status of your orders via My MSP Medical. You will also receive your track & trace link by email together with the packing slip. Rest assured because all our packages are sent by registered mail and your package will only be delivered to the address you specified. A signature is required for receipt.
Returns
In the unfortunate event that the ordered goods are not as expected you can return these to us as legally regulated within the right of withdrawal. You have up to 14 days after receipt to return the order to us without giving a reason. In this case, we kindly ask you to send us an email to sales@medicalspareparts.com to report the return to us, after which you will receive an RMA number from us to put on the box.
If you return the order in full, we will refund the full purchase price, including shipping costs. If you only return part of the order, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
The costs of returns are for your own account.
We recommend returning the package via DPD. The costs for this will vary depending on the country you are sending from.
